Obituary for Rudolph Anthony Fajardo

Rudolph Anthony  Fajardo
Rudolph Anthony Fajardo, M.D., 35, passed away November 8, 2013.

Rudolph was born on March 17, 1978 in Cleveland, Ohio to Rudy and Nina Fajardo. Rudolph was a Springfield Inpatient Physician at Cox Health in Springfield, Missouri.

Rudolph was the dearly beloved husband of Stephanie Lea (Phillips); dearest father of Daniel, Grace, Nicholas, and Anna; and dear brother of R. Alex and Richard.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 15th from 7 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. with prayer services starting at 8:30 P.M. in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2200 W. Republic Rd., Springfield, Missouri. Funeral Mass will be held in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church Saturday, November 16th at 10 A.M. Burial will be at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens in Miami, Oklahoma on November 16th at 3 P.M.
